I am excited to announce a free 3 week online meditation class that will be open to anyone who is interested in learning how to meditate or who wants to deepen their meditation practice.
The class will be held virtually and will consist of both discussions and practice sessions. So stay in your pajamas in the comfort of your home to practice! You don’t even have to turn on your camera or mic.
In each session, I will lead a discussion on various aspects of meditation and mindfulness, and provide guidance on how to cultivate a regular meditation practice. Participants will also have the opportunity to practice different types of meditation techniques, including breath awareness, body scan, loving-kindness, and more.
No prior meditation experience is required, and everyone is welcome to join us for these free online sessions. By the end of the three weeks, you will have developed a good foundation in meditation and mindfulness and will be equipped with tools and techniques to continue your practice on your own.
