Sweet Potato Chips

Super simple way to take healthy ingredient and turn it into something yummy!

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees celsius.
  2. Slice the potatoes thin. I used my mandolin for even cuts.
  3. Coat in olive oil and a bit of salt.
  4. Roast for 30 minutes or until desired crunch I like mine crunchy so left them a bit longer.
  5. Top with a tad more salt!
