Welcome back to Day 3 of the 7 Days of Self Care Giveaways!

Not all self care is about relaxing. I like taking care of my body in ways of moving it. I am a HUGE advocate for exercise (maybe you've noticed?). It's a great way to release some of those "happy endorphins". I almost always feel great after a workout, especially on "those crappy days".
