Are you a weekend warrior, regular exerciser or recreational sport player?

Yoga for Fitness and Sport is a workshop designed to help fitness enthusiasts and sport players get the most out of attending yoga classes.

Yoga is great for:

  • Breathing techniques

  • Core strength and stability

  • Flexibility/mobility

  • Recovery

A lot of people in fitness and sports seek out yoga to help them in any or all of the above areas. However, a lot of people can sometimes feel a little lost in a yoga class.

In this workshop you will learn about:

  • different types of yoga classes to seek for your fitness needs

  • modifcations of poses for your body and injuries

  • self massage techniques for pain/tension relief

  • yoga basics

When: Saturday February 23rd 2018, 2:00-4:00pm
